Return Period

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, Roady Shop does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed, except in cases where a supplier determines a return is valid under their terms.

Supplier-Dependent Returns
In cases where the return process involves our supplier’s logistics, processing time and approval may vary. We will assist you in communicating with the supplier when needed.
